At Ziba Zidehsarai, we are committed to ensuring that our online catalog is as accurate and comprehensive as possible. Please note that some items in our photographs may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Due to differences in computer monitor calibration, size representation may vary slightly. Additionally, color variations may look lighter or darker in photographs compared to the actual items.

For certain rings, the total carat weight of the diamonds may vary slightly depending on the ring size. Please remember that all total carat weights are approximate.

Product Availability

All jewelry from Ziba Zidehsarai is custom designed and made to order. As a result, please allow 3 to 6 weeks for shipping. It's important to note that production of your order will begin only after full payment is received. If you require a rush order, which may incur an additional fee, please reach out to us directly at orders@zibazidehsarai.com.


Acceptance of Your Order

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order details. Please note that this email is not an acceptance of your order; it simply acknowledges receipt.

Your order will be officially accepted once we complete the packing process. A contract between you and Ziba Zidehsarai will be established when we dispatch your items. At that point, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and confirming that your order has been sent.

Ziba Zidehsarai reserves the right to refuse a sale or cancel an order if we cannot obtain payment authorization, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our Terms and Conditions. 

Additionally, we may decline to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.


Shipping to P.O. Box

Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, as our shipping is primarily handled through FedEx, which requires a physical address to ensure a smooth and secure delivery process.
