At Ziba Zidehsarai, we make every effort to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our pieces in full detail, some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, size may vary slightly. In addition, color variations may appear lighter or darker in our photographs than their actual color.

Total carat diamond weights in certain rings may vary slightly due to different ring sizes.  Please note that all total carat diamond weights are an approximation.

Product Availability
All Ziba Zidehsarai jewelry is custom designed and made to order and may take 3-6 weeks to ship. Orders will not be produced unless full payment is received. For rush orders, at an additional fee, please contact us directly at orders@zibazidehsarai.com or 800-686-6145.

Acceptance of Your Order
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order. Completion of the contract between you and Ziba Zidehsarai will be completed when we send the items to you at which time you will receive a second email containing your tracking number, and confirming that your order has been sent.
Ziba Zidehsarai reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel an order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out within the Terms and Conditions.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

Shipping to P.O. Box
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box as our preferred shipping method is FedEx.
