Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our jewelry. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, most pieces may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit valid for future use at Ziba Zidehsarai within 10 days of purchase. To initiate this process, please contact us at info@zibazidehsarai.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

You must take reasonable care of all items in your possession and return them to us in their original packaging within 10 days of the exchange request. Once we receive the items, your exchanged item will be sent out, or credit will be issued.

For custom orders, items made to your specifications or personalized for you (including wedding rings and wedding bands) are considered final sale. In these cases, no exchanges or credits will be accepted. Please contact us directly to discuss your order, as every situation is unique.

To ensure that returned items are adequately protected during transit, please use the original packaging. All returned items should be new, unused, and in salable condition, with all tags still attached. Damaged returns will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
