Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our jewelry. If for some reason you are not satisfied most pieces may be exchanged or issued a merchandise credit for future use at Ziba Zidehsarai within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us directly at 1-800-686-6145 to discuss your order or email us at info@zibazidehsarai.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to exchanges.

You must take reasonable care of all items in your possession and return them to us, in their original packaging, within 10 days from the exchange date. Once items are received, your exchanged item will be sent out or credit will be awarded.
In the case of custom orders, items which are made and supplied to your specifications or which have been personalized for you, including wedding rings and wedding bands, are final sale and no exchanges or credits will be accepted. Please contact us directly to discuss your order as every situation is different.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Items should be returned new, unused, and in salable conditions with all the tags still attached. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
